345 Days of Not Eating Out: Weeks 16 and 17

April 17th (Day 102) – Two slices of banana bread for brunch. Sweet and sour pork with yellow squash added on rice for dinner. Fruit juice popsicle for dessert.

April 18th (Day 103)  – One slice of banana bread for breakfast. Chips and salsa for lunch with a Rockstar. Spicy beef with bell peppers and onions on rice for dinner.

April 19th (Day 104)  – One slice of banana bread for breakfast. Left over sweet and sour pork with yellow squash on rice for lunch. Apple artichoke sausage for dinner with a small bit of chips and salsa.

April 20th (Day 105)  – Everything bagel w/out cream cheese at group meeting. Left over spicy beef with bell peppers and onions on rice for lunch. Spinach fillo for dinner.

April 21th (Day 106)  – Poptarts for breakfast. Left over sweet and sour pork with yellow squash on rice for lunch. Sea salt and vinegar chips for dinner (I came home too exhausted to eat much less cook).

April 22nd (Day 107)  – Poptarts for breakfast. Left over spicy beef with bell peppers and onions on rice for lunch. Left over spinach fillo for dinner.

April 23rd (Day 108) – Poptarts for breakfast. Chiken tikka masala with broccoli, carrots, snap peas and mushrooms on rice for lunch. Left over spinach fillo for dinner.

April 24th (Day 109)  – Poptart for brunch. Hyderabadi biryani (an Idian rice dish with lemon curd and chicken) for lunch. Shitake mushroom eggdrop soup for dinner.

April 25th (Day 110)  – Poptart for brunch. DiGorno’s pizza for dinner.

April 26th (Day 111) – Poptart for breafast. Left over chiken tikka masala with broccoli, carrots, snap peas and mushrooms on rice for lunch. Pasta topped with  sautéed garlic, mushrooms, yellow squash, zucchini, onions and bell peppers for dinner.

April 27th (Day 112)  – Chai latte (from Trader Joe’s mix) for breakfast. Left over pasta topped with  sautéed garlic, mushrooms, yellow squash, zucchini, onions and bell peppers for lunch. Spinach fillo for dinner.

April 28th (Day 113) – Poptart for breakfast. Left over Hyderabadi biryani forlunch. Chai latte from Starbucks will finishing up my lab report grading for dinner.

April 29th (Day 114) – Slice of left over pizza for brunch. Left over spinach fillo for dinner.

April 30th (Day 115) – Two donuts for breakfast (shame on me). Left over pasta topped with  sautéed garlic, mushrooms, yellow squash, zucchini, onions and bell peppers for lunch. Left over pizza for dinner.

Total Days I’ve Eaten Out in 2010: 6

Note: I got lots more veggies in this two weeks. GO ME! =D
